Limoncello Dinner at Ristorante Lidi
Chef Jason Colon of Ristorante Lidi on Daniel’s Island prepared a beautiful five course meal using Limoncello Liqueur. This monthly event features a specialty spirit and an accompanying meal showcasing the versatility of the liquor. Our favorite dish of the evening: the parmesan crusted chicken in Limoncello butter. The best cocktail of the night: the Basil Limoncello Smash with Grand Marnier Signature Raspberry Peach Liqueur. Ristorante Lidi used Fabrizia Limoncello liqueur for the Monday night meal. The brand’s creator, Phil Mastroianni, was in attendance all the way from Boston. Can’t wait for the next event on December 1st.
